Shipments and returns
Your Package Shipment
Packages are dispatched within 2 days after payment confirmation and are shipped via apridel with tracking provided for your convenience. Deliveries are drop-off only and do not require a signature. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey in real time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of your shipment. For cost efficiency, we recommend grouping your items into a single order, as separate orders will incur individual shipping fees.
Package Care
We ensure that all items are packaged securely to protect fragile goods during transit. Boxes are carefully sized to provide ample protection for your items. While shipments are dispatched at your own risk, we take special care to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
